This Privacy Policy explains how the Rasik Drishti app ("Rasik Drishti") collects and uses information.

1. Information we collect

Device push token: if you enable notifications, we register your device with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and store a device token so we can send you the daily Guru Vani and new-satsang notifications you have opted into. This token identifies your device, not your identity.
Preferences: your notification time, daily-reminder toggle and Naam Jap (chanting) reminder settings (interval and sound) are stored only on your device.
The app does not require an account, login, email or phone number. It does not collect your name, address, location, photos or contacts.

2. How we use information

To deliver the notifications you have enabled.
To operate, maintain and improve the app.

3. Third-party services

The app uses Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging) and embeds YouTube videos. Google's Privacy Policy applies to those services. The optional "Check availability" button on book pages opens WhatsApp to message the listed book seller; when you use it, the book title, your message and, if available, the book cover image are sent to WhatsApp and to the book seller. This happens only when you tap the button, and we do not collect or store that conversation. The "Rate us" option uses Google's in-app review dialog. The app is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, whose privacy policies also apply.

4. Storage and security

Your device token is stored in a secure Firestore database, readable only by the app's backend, and is used solely to send push notifications.

5. Your choices and data deletion

You can stop notifications anytime from More → Notification settings or your device settings, and uninstalling the app stops all future notifications. You can also delete your stored device token yourself anytime from More → Notification settings → "Delete my device data". To request deletion another way, please contact us through the Contact & Ashram section of the app with the subject "Delete my data".

6. Children

The app is a devotional app for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available in the app and on this page.

1. हम कौन सी जानकारी एकत्र करते हैं

डिवाइस पुश टोकन: यदि आप सूचनाएँ सक्षम करते हैं, तो हम आपके डिवाइस को Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) के साथ पंजीकृत करते हैं और एक डिवाइस टोकन संग्रहीत करते हैं, ताकि हम आपको आपके चुने हुए दैनिक गुरु वाणी एवं नए सत्संग की सूचनाएँ भेज सकें। यह टोकन आपके डिवाइस की पहचान करता है, आपकी नहीं।

ऐप को किसी खाते, लॉगिन, ईमेल या फ़ोन नंबर की आवश्यकता नहीं है। यह आपका नाम, पता, स्थान, फ़ोटो या संपर्क एकत्र नहीं करता।

3. तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएँ

ऐप Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging) का उपयोग करता है और YouTube वीडियो एम्बेड करता है। इन सेवाओं पर Google की गोपनीयता नीति लागू होती है। पुस्तक पृष्ठों पर वैकल्पिक "उपलब्धता जांचें" बटन सूचीबद्ध पुस्तक विक्रेता से संदेश भेजने के लिए WhatsApp खोलता है; जब आप इसका उपयोग करते हैं, तो पुस्तक का शीर्षक, आपका संदेश और, यदि उपलब्ध हो, पुस्तक का कवर चित्र WhatsApp और पुस्तक विक्रेता को भेजा जाता है। ऐसा केवल तब होता है जब आप बटन दबाते हैं, और हम उस वार्तालाप को एकत्र या संग्रहीत नहीं करते। "रेट करें" विकल्प Google की इन-ऐप समीक्षा सुविधा का उपयोग करता है। ऐप Google Play Store और Apple App Store के माध्यम से वितरित होता है, जिनकी गोपनीयता नीतियाँ भी लागू होती हैं।

5. आपकी पसंद और डेटा विलोपन

आप More → सूचना सेटिंग्स या अपनी डिवाइस सेटिंग्स से किसी भी समय सूचनाएँ बंद कर सकते हैं, और ऐप अनइंस्टॉल करने से सभी भविष्य की सूचनाएँ रुक जाती हैं। आप अपने संग्रहीत डिवाइस टोकन को स्वयं भी हटा सकते हैं: More → सूचना सेटिंग्स → "मेरा डिवाइस डेटा हटाएँ"। किसी अन्य तरीके से हटवाने के लिए कृपया ऐप के संपर्क एवं आश्रम अनुभाग के माध्यम से "Delete my data" विषय के साथ संपर्क करें।

6. बच्चे

यह ऐप सामान्य दर्शकों के लिए एक भक्ति ऐप है और जानबूझकर बच्चों से डेटा एकत्र नहीं करता।

7. नीति में परिवर्तन

हम समय-समय पर इस नीति को अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। नवीनतम संस्करण हमेशा ऐप और इस पृष्ठ पर उपलब्ध रहता है।
