By downloading or using the Rasik Drishti app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose. The App is created by devotees for information and devotional purposes about Rasik Sant Shri Albelisharan Ji Maharaj.
2. Content ownership. All content in the App (text, images, videos, audio) belongs to its respective owners. You may view it for personal, non-commercial devotional use. You may not copy, redistribute or modify content without permission.
3. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the App, attempt to access restricted data or systems, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Availability. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is free and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the App.
6. External links. The App links to external websites and services (for example YouTube, WhatsApp, book sellers, maps). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be shown in the App.

रसिक दृष्टि ऐप ("ऐप") को डाउनलोड या उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।
1. उद्देश्य। यह ऐप भक्तों द्वारा रसिक संत श्री अलबेलीशरण जी महाराज के बारे में सूचना एवं भक्ति के उद्देश्य से बनाया गया है।
2. सामग्री का स्वामित्व। ऐप की सभी सामग्री (पाठ, चित्र, वीडियो, ऑडियो) अपने-अपने स्वामियों की है। आप इसे व्यक्तिगत, गैर-व्यावसायिक भक्ति उपयोग के लिए देख सकते हैं। बिना अनुमति सामग्री की प्रतिलिपि, पुनर्वितरण या संशोधन नहीं कर सकते।
3. स्वीकार्य उपयोग। ऐप का दुरुपयोग न करें, प्रतिबंधित डेटा या प्रणालियों तक पहुँचने का प्रयास न करें, या ऐप का उपयोग किसी अवैध उद्देश्य के लिए न करें।
4. उपलब्धता। ऐप बिना किसी वारंटी के "जैसा है" (as is) प्रदान किया जाता है। ऐप निःशुल्क है और निर्बाध उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं देता।
5. दायित्व की सीमा। कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, डेवलपर्स ऐप के उपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष क्षति के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।
6. बाहरी लिंक। ऐप बाहरी वेबसाइटों और सेवाओं (जैसे YouTube, WhatsApp, पुस्तक विक्रेता, मानचित्र) के लिंक देता है। उनकी सामग्री या नीतियों के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।
7. शर्तों में परिवर्तन। हम समय-समय पर इन शर्तों को अद्यतन कर सकते हैं; नवीनतम संस्करण हमेशा ऐप में दिखाई देगा।
